Health Coaching is having a mentor, guide, and advocate to support your personal health journey. Whether you want to improve your eating habits, learn tools for navigating anxiety or depression, or are in the midst of a personal transformation and wish to accelerate your growth, Health Coaching offers a supportive, personalized path forward.
In today’s world, we are inundated with health and self-care information, and nearly every service is available through an app. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed trying to determine what’s truly right for you. So how can we know?
Thankfully, we each carry our own inner compass—our intuition. Yet in our fast-paced, highly stimulating world, many of us have been conditioned to listen to external noise instead of internal wisdom. Past trauma, learned patterns, and life imbalances can also lead to coping mechanisms that pull us further from that inner guidance.
My passion is helping clients reconnect with their still point—that quiet place within where higher intelligence can guide, heal, and transform our physical reality. From this space, we can uncover the root causes of dis-ease in the body, mind, and spirit, creating room for deep healing and meaningful change.
In addition to Health Coaching, I integrate training in breathwork, yoga, and spiritual healing, offering clients a robust toolbox of techniques and practices to use beyond our sessions. My goal is to empower you to become your own lifelong health coach. I am not the destination—I am the safe space that helps you return to your truth and natural rhythm, so you can live the vibrant, empowered life you desire.
Getting Started
Every client begins with a free 15-minute consultation. This allows us to get to know each other, clarify goals, and see if we’re a good fit. From there, you can choose between pay-per-session or a monthly package.
Why Include Reiki in Coaching?
As part of the Monthly Package, I offer a 15-minute Reiki session. Reiki is the practice of channeling life force energy (also known as Source energy, healing energy—choose the term that resonates with you). Its benefits are unique to each person, but often include reduced stress, improved sleep, enhanced emotional well-being, increased focus and energy, and a greater sense of balance in body, mind, and spirit. By incorporating Reiki, we help clear energetic blockages that may be preventing your body from reaching and maintaining homeostasis.
Note: If preferred, the Reiki session can be swapped for guided meditation or additional coaching time—your journey is always tailored to your needs!

Bodywork Services
What is Integrative Bodywork?
Integrative Bodywork considers the person as a whole, body, mind, and spirit, aiming to relax the mind, unwind the body, and allow for balance and health to restore.
This is the best way to describe the massage style I’ve developed over my 14+ years as a massage therapist. With a holistic and therapeutic approach, I draw from all of my techniques and skills and blend them as needed to create effective, lasting results.
By addressing fascial patterns formed from past trauma, daily stress, or repetitive-use strain, I work to create lasting change in the body and reduce the impact of the wear and tear we experience every day.
My training includes: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), Prenatal, Lomi Lomi, and Reiki—among others.
